We can work with what you have access to at home but I always recommend investing in adjustable dumb bells, an adjustable bench, and a pull up bar/bands. I can also train you virtually from your own local gym.

Of course! Everyone starts somewhere, and I will coach you on the best place to start. I always meet my clients where they are at!

I ask for at least a 3-month commitment. “Results” will be a result of your own consistency, and the amount of time it takes to get “there” is different from everyone (and is goal dependent).

Each session is 55 minutes long.

All of my coaching is membership based, were the calls are built in. You pay for the month not per call. But I always try to accommodate vacations (with notice) by adding a session at the end of our 3 months together.

No, I will not workout with you on a call. All of our calls are 100% coaching and conversation based.

All of my 1:1 Coaching clients have access to a coaching portal where you can upload videos of you performing certain exercises for form feedback.
