  • Yes, virtual coaching allows me to work with women all over the country!

  • We can work with what you have access to at home but I always recommend investing in adjustable dumb bells, an adjustable bench, and a pull up bar/bands. I can also train you virtually from your own local gym.

  • Of course! Everyone starts somewhere, and I will coach you on the best place to start. I always meet my clients where they are at!

  • I ask for at least a 3-month commitment. “Results” will be a result of your own consistency, and the amount of time it takes to get “there” is different from everyone (and is goal dependent).

  • Each session is 55 minutes long.

  • All of my coaching is membership based, were the calls are built in. You pay for the month not per call. But I always try to accommodate vacations (with notice) by adding a session at the end of our 3 months together.

  • Yes, I do. I am one myself and I know how challenging that season of life can be.

  • No, I will not workout with you on a call. All of our calls are 100% coaching and conversation based.

  • All of my 1:1 Coaching clients have access to a coaching portal where you can upload videos of you performing certain exercises for form feedback.
